Togo sofa, chrome countertops, pharmacy-style soap bottles…What defines the aesthetics of the 2020’s and how will we recognize it in the future?

I have been invited to create two covers and four illustrations for Zeit Magazine's 14th issue dedicated to Design. The mini-story revolves around the confused Alien who arrived on Earth and encountered the 2000's era trends 👽 I felt like the storyline would add a lot of humour to the article, as well as connect all of the illustrations together in a cute way.
